Be Inspired!

To be in your true creative flow and to allow those juices to run wild you need to be inspired.

So where the heck do you get inspiration to be creative?

Well, inspiration is all around us - all we need to really do is, look!

Firstly - give yourself permission to 'be creative'.

In last weeks post 'Unleash the Creativeness within You!' we looked at this in depth.

Once you have given yourself that permission you will automatically expand your vision and horizon and everything you look and see will have a new twist to it - a creative twist!

So go ahead, give yourself that permission and see how you get inspired - even from the smallest thing and your creative juices will instantly flow!

Unleash the Creativeness within YOU!

I get many people say to me; '...But, I'm not creative like you!'

And you know what I would say to those I think are the 'real creative' people - yep you guessed it, I would say; '...But, I'm not creative like you!'

So my question is, how do YOU define creativity? What does creativity mean to you?

I think we all have a different definition of creativity.

My creativeness may not be to the standard of someone with a creativity degree however I love all things creative. I love having the freedom of dreaming up dreams and ideas.

I think that many times in life - and usually it goes back to childhood - we get put down by those whom we look up to for support and if they say something negative we stop and don't try again. Then we get into the 'stuck-mode' where before we even try we say 'I can't!'.

And I always say that as soon as we say 'I Can't!' we build an invisible wall around us and nothing can break it expect our own thought pattern.

Creativity is what it is to you - even if that means re-arranging the home furniture - now that is creative. How? Well, simply put you thought of the concept, the idea in your head and how it should look and then you went ahead and re-arranged the room according to that.

Simple.

And you know something, real and true creative souls won't judge your creativity or put you down - they will in fact encourage you and appreciate your unique talent.

Creativity is just that - unique to each one of us.

As a creative mentor and coach I ask my clients to give themselves permission to dream dreams and see how they want it to be. Then put it on to the paper and play with it. Grab some crayons and colour away.

I believe everyone is creative in one way or another. You are reading this and I know that you have creativity in you. This could be in the form of drawings, writings, paintings, decorating, heck just doing whatever YOU believe and feel is creative for you.

Today why not explore your inner creativeness. Give yourself permission to let your creative juices flow. Just be you. I believe in you. Try it and see the awesome difference it makes in your life. Unleash the creativeness within YOU!

You Wanna Be Chillin?

...You wanna be chilling but she got you grilling thinking you killing it with the swag still grinning don't fall into sinning coz you won't be blinging and clocking them mad dollahs the only place you'll be docking your float is hell fire and ain't no one gonna hollah so best not jump on that boat or in hell fire you'll be roast - toast that's burnt a lesson you should've learnt to hold tight your desire and you would've been admired for your patience - don't pay a heavy price for your impatience but this is a reminder - I'm being kinder - now for verse two where ma rappers at - hit it up coz its over to you!

Be The Best!

Work on you and leave the rest coz that day is near when you'll either fail or pass that test - work on becoming the best of creation for the duration you're here - don't fear as God is always near and to Him you're dear as He created you to do good - so don't go round acting like a fool - don't become shaytaan's tool - he'll make you drool over the glitz and glam and get you going crazy but then slam and it'll be over coz it takes only a splitz - a second to either make it or break it - don't fake it but faith it and work on you to change for the better - your deen and your duniya but visioning you akhirah - coz on that Day you'll be alone and it'll be decided - heaven or hell - wake up now and be saved by the bell and don't sell yourself short - it's just a thought but have you reflected on your ways - how do you spend your days - its not too late but wait it can't be delayed the meeting with the angel - his job is to take the souls and our time is written - don't get bitten by the snakes or fakes - they'll deceive you and leave you but only God will receive you - into His heaven above the seven - so focus and become better - forget the hocus pocus it never made anyone better. Now its up to you - to do what's right - yes your future is bright like the lights - ask yourself - do I want to fail or pass in this life for a flight to higher heights - into God's Divine Light...

Spreading the truth a peaceful message for you

And some day hoping on Jannah al-Firdaus too

Our time is limited in duniya

Its a gift and its precious too

Forget the hurt, the pain they give you

Know that Allah's promise is true

One day soon this pain will go




You'll be able to easily flow




Through life - its ups and its downs




Its ok don't you frown




We must all go through this - to feel the eternal bliss




Once we make it through those gates - everything will be okay




Make your salah don't be late




Recite the Qur'an and study it too




It will all help decide your ultimate fate




Look for answers within you




Hand your heart over to Allah 




Listen to your soul as it guides you through life




Don't be afraid to look within




Hold on tight to the rope of Allah - it will help you get to Jannah




Keep it clean and keep it pure




On this path to the One we know




Some day we'll all be in Jannah




But to get there we must start today




Make this Ramadan the best you know




Work hard on your ibaadah and don't forget abundant dua

Hold on tight to the rope of Allah!
